The website serves static files through the existing Replit hosting. When the site is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process the IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser information and operating system where technically available. This processing is necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where the GDPR applies.

Replit, Inc. and its infrastructure providers may act as service providers for hosting and delivery. Their current contractual terms, processing locations, retention settings and subprocessor list must match the final production deployment.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, to handle and respond to the enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and, where appropriate, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.

No contact form is built into this website. Your email provider and ours process the message according to their respective terms when you send an email.

The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies, and it does not load an external contact or analytics service at runtime.

The session preference chiffre-it:cinematic-user-paused remembers whether you paused the background animation. The local preference chiffre-it:language remembers your language choice. These storage values are not sent as a separate submission. The selected language appears in page URLs and normal hosting requests. Automatic selection reads browser language settings without location tracking or a runtime translation service.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing. These rights correspond in particular to Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 GDPR where the GDPR applies.

Email enquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. The previous Chiffre IT notice stated a standard period of up to two years after an enquiry is handled; contractual and accounting records may be retained for applicable statutory periods.

The motion preference ends with browser session storage. Your manual language choice stays on your device until you choose another language or clear local browser storage. Without a manual choice, the website automatically uses your primary browser language, or English if that language is not available. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider’s settings and contractual retention rules.

The production site is delivered over HTTPS. Its static architecture, local fonts and local media reduce runtime data flows. Access and deployment controls remain part of the hosting and operational security process.

You may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection, Bul. Partizanski odredi 97a, 1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, or another competent supervisory authority where applicable.
